Modern Physio Facilities
Therapy Max has modern facilities including a full gym, Pilates studio, and three pools. Our well-equipped clinic offers complementary entry to the Cook + Phillip Park pools with every booked session. You can check out the pools before or after your visit and also relax in the sunny courtyard or surrounding parkland. Entry to facilities is covered in the treatment cost for hydrotherapy and gym-based sessions.
Book your visit – we are open Monday to Friday 7am – 7pm and Saturday 8am – 1pm.
Disability Access
Therapy Max offers disability access from the car park and within the facilities, including lift access. The hydrotherapy pool has a gentle ramp and an aquatic wheelchair for those less mobile.

Payment Options
Billing: HICAPS, EFTPOS, EFT, Visa and Mastercard facilites are available.
Workers Compensation & DVA & CTP can be billed direct to insurers if a doctor’s referral & insurer approval is gained prior to your consultation.
NDIS: billing is billed according to NDIS rates.
Private Health Fund Rebates: Our Physiotherapist-led sessions, groups & classes entitle you to claim under “Physiotherapy” with your private health fund. You can benefit from the immediate private health insurance refund using our HICAPS machine.
Medicare Referral: Clients with “chronic” conditions may claim a rebate from Medicare of up to 5 physiotherapy sessions if they are referred to Therapy Max by their GP with an “Enhanced Primary Care Referral”. For these clients, treatments are paid for by the client but can then be rebated immediately through Medicare Easyclaim in the clinic.
My Aged Care: We do see patients under the My Aged Care who have their packages managed by a Provider. If you would like to see us, we will organise a Service Agreement with your plan manager and bill them directly under your My Aged Care Package.
Gift Vouchers: for all our services are available. These are great presents be it for birthdays, anniversaries or Christmas presents.
